Refund and Returns Policy

Conditions for Returns or Exchange:

ImPrintCraft is committed to ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience for our customers. Please review the following conditions before initiating a return or exchange:

  1. Return Timelines:

    • For apparel, we offer a 3-day return policy, excluding customized styles.
    • Jewelry, accessories, and blouses are non-returnable/non-exchangeable.
    • Products on warehouse sale are also non-returnable/non-exchangeable.
    • Check the return policy under the shipping details for specific timelines, subject to updates without prior intimation.
  2. Return Requirements:

    • Products must be returned in their original condition with the invoice, labels, tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, designer boxes, hangers, freebies, and other packaging intact.
    • Apparel should be unworn, unused, and unwashed. Footwear should be unused, and trial purposes must be on a carpeted surface.
    • Quality testing/inspection will be conducted on returned products.
  3. International Orders:

    • International orders may incur a restocking or return handling fee of $50 or 20% of the product-selling value, whichever is lower.
    • Complaints for missing/damaged/wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  4. Refund Criteria:

    • Statutory Refund Criteria:

      • Non-conformity of the product to listed characteristics.
      • Late delivery beyond the stated schedule, excluding unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure.
    • Store Refund Criteria:

      • Products not listed as non-returnable/non-exchangeable.
      • Refunds for customized products as store credit to ImPrintCraft Wallet.
  5. Aza’s Right to Reject:

    • ImPrintCraft reserves the right to reject return/exchange requests without providing reasons. Products will be sent back to the customer.
  6. Aza Wallet Limits:

    • ImPrintCraft Wallet refunds will not exceed the product’s value, subject to deductions for discounts, shipping charges, etc.
  7. Customized Orders:

    • Customized or special delivery orders cannot be returned/exchanged.

Returns or Exchange Procedure:

  1. Initiating Returns:

    • For guest purchases, register on the Website using the same email address. Initiate returns if the product appears in your order history.
    • Alternatively, initiate returns/exchange by emailing support@imprintcraft.com.
    • If not the purchaser, request the original ImPrintCraft customer to initiate the return process.
  2. Return Options:

    • Ship the product to ImPrintCraft using the provided address. You are responsible for ensuring safe delivery.
    • For select pin codes in India, our complimentary delivery service can pick up the product, with no liability for transit damage.
  3. Confirmation and Inspection:

    • ImPrintCraft will confirm receipt via email. Quality tests and inspection will be conducted within 5 working days.
    • Accepted returns/exchanges will be credited to ImPrintCraft Wallet or the original account in 7 to 10 working days.
  4. Rejection of Returns:

    • If ImPrintCraft rejects the return/exchange, the product will be shipped back to you.
